Good afternoon residents.
I know it has been extremely frustrating trying to navigate our daily lives with the use of one elevator however; we have been a pushing our service provide trying to expedite repairs.
Information received is that, there is an industry wide back order on circuit boards, (demanding need) causing a delay in our repairs.
Alternate action explained is for Theyssenkrupp Elevators to do a local store wide search in the state of Florida, to see if a branch may have boards being stored as a spare.
