Dear Residents:
Please note that the power washing project has commenced.
On Wednesday May 10th, the pool and pool deck will be closed from 9am - 12 pm for power washing. Immediately upon completion, residents can resume normal use of this amenity.
Both buildings ground floor will be pressure washed. Please exercise caution in exiting or entering your units, as there may be some residual water on the ground.
Trash rooms, as well as utility rooms, generator room, and common area walkway will also be cleaned.
